Cooling limited in several MSU campus buildings due to mechanical failure

EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Several buildings on Michigan State University’s campus may be a little warmer than normal this week due to a mechanical failure on a boiler at the power plant on the university’s campus.

MSU posted information about the failure on its website Sunday, saying steam generated chillers will be limited on the amount of cooling water it can produce for the campus.

The issue is expected to last through next Sunday, July 8th.
