EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – A 33-year-old DeWitt man is being charged with stealing more than $20,000 in copper and other metals from MSU.
Michigan State University Police say Jeffrey James Pollock was a former, temporary employee at MSU.
Pollock was arraigned in February on one count of embezzlement of $20,000 less than $50,000 and four counts of larceny from a building.
He is currently out on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
Pollock’s pre-trial is scheduled for this week and his preliminary exam will be next week.
