EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – A 20-year-old East Lansing man is being charged after police say he obstructed an office following a protest.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of N. Cedar. Lansing Police arrested

Duncan Alexander Tarr is being charged with assault/resisting/obstructing, which is a felony. Tarr has a $5,000 personal recognizance bond, which means if he does not show up to court, he will have to pay the $5,000.

Police say Tarr obstructed a Lansing Police officer who was investigating a child endangerment crime.

Tarr’s pre-exam conference and preliminary hearing are scheduled for April.
