BATH TWP, Mich (WLNS) – The fourth and final suspect charged in connection with the death of MSU student Dustyn Frolka two years ago has pleaded guilty.
Christopher Foley pleaded guilty last week to conspiracy to commit armed robbery for his role in planning the robbery.
Foley also helped cover up Frolka’s murder by burning the victim’s clothing in a Washtenaw County woods.
Dustyn Frolka was 19-years-old when he was killed February 15, 2014 in Bath Township.
Foley was 16 at the time of the crime and was charged as an adult.
He will be sentenced as an adult on January 28 in Washtenaw County Circuit Court.
Three other people are already in prison for their role in the robbery-turned-murder.
