LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – Fire investigators are sifting through the damage after a morning fire on Lansing’s south side.
The fire left a car in ruins and spread to two nearby homes.
It all began just after 10:00 a.m. on the 1600 block of West Jolly Road.
The call was initially for a car fire but once firefighters got on the scene they realized it was a much bigger problem.
The fire had spread to two nearby houses on either side of the driveway where the burning car had been parked.
Both homes were heavily damaged.
