OXFORD, England (WLNS) There are now several contenders to be the first COVID-19 vaccine to reach the wider public including one developed by Oxford University and Astra-Zenica. Oxford University researchers say they may have the first vaccine that’s been shown to protect against severe disease, clinical disease and against asymptomatic disease.
