Ingham Co. photocopies ballots to allow everyone to vote

INGHAM COUNTY, MI (WLNS) – Prior to Michigan’s Primary election, Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum says more ballots had to be ordered.

This was based on the high number of absentee ballots that were being cast.

More ballots were ordered just last month.

Late Tuesday afternoon some precincts were running so low on ballots that they had to make photocopies so everyone could vote.

Byrum says she is confident everyone was able to vote and that their ballots will be counted.
