LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A large group of police officers are gathered at a parking lot near the intersection of Holmes Road and Pleasant Grove Road in Lansing.
Multiple Lansing Police Department vehicles are blocking off the parking lot, and officers have taped off the surrounding local businesses.
