LEGAL EDGE: Changes Coming to Law When Passing Emergency Vehicles in MI


Changes to the laws that apply when drivers pass police or other emergency vehicles that are stopped on the side of Michigan’s roads take effect tomororw, Wednesday, February 13th. 

Chivon Kloepfer spoke with attorney Bryan Waldman of the Sinas Dramis Law Firm to learn more about the changes, which include a mandatory speed reduction requiring drivers to slow to a speed that is at least 10 mph below the posted speed limit.
