Driver in March crash arraigned for two deaths

A man, accused in a drunk driving crash that killed a young boy and his mother has been arraigned today and will face multiple felony charges.

Thomas Hahn, 55, was arraigned today and is held on one million dollars bond.

He is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing injury and operating a vehicle with no license.

Hahn is accused of driving a vehicle that smashed into another that was carrying a family in March.

Dana Lahaie, 36, and her son Reed, 3, were killed in that crash.

Ryan Lahaie, the father and husband, was seriously injured and remains hospitalized.

Hahn will be back in court May 23 for a probable cause hearing.
