JACKSON, Mich. (WLNS) — An 18-year-old woman will potentially face charges after accidentally shooting herself in the leg.
Jackson police say the woman claimed she reached for a gun inside her car and ended up accidentally shooting herself.
She was taken to the hospital and released a few hours later.
However, Jackson police say charges for carrying a concealed weapon will be sought against the 18-year-old woman.
