JACKSON, Mich (WLNS) - There is an update today on a murder investigation in Jackson.
Police say they've found the person they claim is responsible for the shooting death of 18-year old Zachary Frey.
Police say Frey was shot in the head Tuesday morning while inside a car in the 300 block of Union Street in Jackson, then driven to Buddy's Mini-Mart, about a mile away where the car and victim were abandoned.
Jackson police say they arrested a 19-year old suspect during a traffic stop yesterday afternoon.
Officers found a gun and crack cocaine in his car.
