It’s one of the biggest displays of holiday lights in mid-Michigan and it’s set to open for the season in just a few day.

The Nite Lites Christmas Light Show returns to the Michigan International Speedway on Thanksgiving Day.

Every year people from all around mid-Michigan head to MIS in Brooklyn to drive through the 5-mile stretch of lighted tunnels and Christmas lights.

Organizers of the event tell us that visitors can expect to see more than 90 new displays this year.

The holiday display will open on Thanksgiving at 5:30 p.m. and will remain open until December 31.

The cost is $25 per car.
