A Jackson woman is due back in court later this month after being arrested during a civil dispute.
Darlene Myer, 81, was arrested Monday when Jackson Police officers were called to a house in the 100 block of Francis Street.
When they arrived they did some checking and found that Myer was wanted on outstanding warrant for assault and battery.
That all tied back to a dispute with a landlord.
Myer was released on a personal recognizance bond and will scheduled to appear in Jackson County District Court January 31.
