ELPD advises community of recent series of catalytic converter thefts in East Lansing

EAST LANSING, Mich. — East Lansing Police are warning community members of several catalytic converter thefts from Honda CR-Vs in East Lansing.

ELPD encourages people with access to a garage to park their vehicles inside if possible.

Community members without access to a garage are encouraged to park vehicles in highly visible, well-lit areas if possible.

If community members witness suspicious activity or a theft in progress in their neighborhood, they are encouraged to call 911.
