A former Napoleon High School teacher faces up to 15 years in prison after pleading “no contest” to second degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a student.

No contest means that there’s no admission of guilt but accept the punishment.

Our media partners at MLive report Jason Cunningham,47,  had sex with a female student several times while she was a senior and after she graduated in 2009.

The woman, who is now 27, said the relationship continued until he ended it in 2012.

Cunningham, who is out on bond, will be sentenced in July.
