A Governor Gretchen Whitmer bobblehead is now a thing, along with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Doctor Anthony Fauci, and Doctor Deborah Birx. They are now available for pre-order from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum with a portion of the proceeds going to the Protect The Heroes fund.

The bobbleheads are available through the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum’s online store for $25 each plus $8 shipping. They will ship this July. The photo of Whitmer’s bobblehead is an artist rendition while the photos of Drs. Fauci and Birx are what their bobbleheads actually look like.

According to MLive, Gov. Whitmer’s bobblehead will be sporting a blue top and black pants. She will be seated at a table with a binder of notes, simulating her at a press briefing. Whitmer’s bobblehead joins other governors in the bobblehead series with California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Gov. Cuomo, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker and Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers.

$5 from every Gov. Whitmer bobblehead sold will go to the Protect The Heroes fund to support the 100 Million Mask Challenge. The HOF and Museum has raised nearly $200,000 for that cause through the sale of the Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx bobbleheads, along with the bobbleheads of other governors.

“During these unprecedented times, we want to continue to raise funds for an amazing cause while putting a smile on people’s faces with bobbleheads,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. “We received a lot of requests to make a bobblehead of Governor Whitmer and other governors who have been instrumental in the continued fight against COVID-19, so we’re excited to be releasing her bobblehead today.”
