Jackson: Right to Life hosts prayer service, motorcade on Roe v. Wade anniversary

Right to Life held their annual motorcade in Jackson today.

The service included prayer and a wreath-laying ceremony.

It’s one of a series of events happening across the nation to mark the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision by the Supreme Court, which made abortion legal.

The event started at the New Covenant Church on the corner of West Washington traveling down Michigan Avenue to MLK where it ended at St. Johns Cemetery.

Reporter Luke Snyder was there and spoke to some of the dozens of attendees.

Luke will have the story for you at 6 News tonight.
