LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing drivers better keep their eyes on their speedometers.
The Lansing Police Department has teamed up with the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning to conduct a “maximum enforcement period.”
Over the next couple of weeks, additional Lansing officers will be patrolling the streets, looking for unsafe drivers.
Some citations for traffic infractions can cost up to $500.
