WASHINGTON D.C. (CBS) – A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows the Delta variant of the coronavirus, is now making up 83% of all new cases in the United States.
Health officials also say that’s up 33% since the start of July.
The report also stated new infections are up by 120% in the past month.
