Radio DJ Mo Jo reacts after being let go by Q106

In a Facebook post a little after 5:00 p.m. today, radio DJ Mo Jo, known for his over 20 years on Lansing radio, spoke about his recent termination from Q106.

According to the post Mo Jo was terminated from Q106 on March 18th of 2019, but stayed silent to get his thoughts together before posting.

I will miss the listeners and am grateful for you being my family, he also said he is excited to spend time with his son, watch Cubs baseball on opening day and catch up with friends as well as adding, it’s not good bye, it’s see you later.

Besides his radio DJ duties, Mo Jo was a reliable presence at events throughout the community, including the MS Walk. Mo Jo has been public about the fact that he has a form of the disease and recently spoke about it with 6 News
