Lansing, Mich. (WLNS) – Congressman Justin Amash, the republican who said President Trump’s past conduct is impeachable is now facing scrutiny from other political leaders.
State representative James Lower tweeted Amash’s beliefs quote – “cannot go unchallenged” and has now officially announced his candidacy for Amash’s 3rd congressional seat.
The Montcalm County Republican says he planned to announce around July 4th but moved up his timetable after the recent comments from representative Amash. This comes after he attacked attorney general William Barr and said that there is sufficient evidence to impeach the president.
Lower says, he is pro-Trump, pro-life, pro-jobs, and pro-2nd amendment and that Amash has now shown he must be replaced. He says he is going to be the one to do it.
