It’s one of the surest signs that summer is just around the corner.
The annual Cristo Rey Church fiesta opens May 25 and runs though May 27.
Event organizer Guillermo Lopez stopped in on 6 News This Morning today to talk with Bonney Bowman about the party.
The event is known for its homemade food and there will be lots of that.
There is also a raffle where people can buy chances at some great prizes.
Each year about 20,000 people stop in to eat, dance and enjoy the fiesta.
It all begins Friday, May 25 at 5 p.m.
The fun opens again on Saturday at 10 a.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m.
