This Morning: President Donald Trump holds reelection rally in Grand Rapids

News

President Donald Trump will be in Grand Rapids tonight for a reelection campaign rally.

This will be his first major public appearance since the summary of the Mueller investigation was released clearing the President and his campaign of colluding with Russia.

City officials say they’re expecting this to be a massive rally for President Trump, drawing in a crowd of 10-12 thousand people.

He’ll be speaking at Van Andel Arena tonight at 7PM but starting around 2:30PM city crews will start closing off several streets and parking lots.

The President will be in Grand Rapids for a Make America Great Again rally as the 2020 Presidential election season begins.

The rally is free but participants must register for tickets ahead of time.

This will mark the President’s 6th visit to Grand Rapids since 2016.

Doors open to the event at 4PM.

Tickets are available at Trump’s campaign website.
