UPDATE: 5:23 p.m. (WLNS) — East Lansing Police Department is reporting that the open-air dining area along Albert Avenue in Downtown East Lansing will be closed for the remainder of the day due to a gas leak at the Albert-Abbot intersection.

East Lansing, Mich. (WLNS) — The East Lansing Fire Department is advising drivers, pedestrians and anyone in the vicinity of Albert/Abbot in East Lansing to avoid this area due to a gas main leak.
The road is closed between Abbot North from Grand River.
