UPDATE: Clinton County suspicious death ruled “natural”


UPDATE 4:25 p.m. – Clinton County Sheriff Wayne Kangas tells 6 News that the suspicious death on East Colony Road has been ruled a natural death.

The sheriff said the 70-year-old man died of a “massive failure in his heart”.

(WLNS) – Clinton County Sheriff’s Office investigators are trying to determine what led to the death of a man found in outside a house Sunday night.

The man’s body was found outside a house on the 8000 block of East Colony Road between Upton and Hollister Roads in Clinton County.

Investigators aren’t saying much beyond the body is an elderly male and the death is being treated as a homicide.

The body was found just before 6:00 p.m. by a hunter passing the property.

An autopsy is being done today at Hurley Hospital in Flint to determine the cause of death.
