ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WLNS) — Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Ann Arbor Thursday afternoon to discuss the Biden Administration’s work on combatting the climate change crisis.

She will be joined by former Michigan Governor and Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm and University of Michigan Professor Kyle Whyte.

Congressman John Moolenaar commented that higher costs have made Michigan families and seniors buy fewer groceries, lower thermostats and travel less.

“It may be a new year, but for Michigan families, it is another month of higher prices under Biden and Harris,” said Moolenaar. “I will be working to rein in inflation and develop more American energy to get the country back on track.”
