LIVINGSTON, CO., Mich (WLNS) – Three Lansing men are facing a handful of charges, accused of leading Michigan State Police on a two-mile chase through Livingston County.
It started early Wednesday morning on Ontario Court in Howell Township.
Police say they tried to stop a white car on suspicion that the three people inside were involved in an attempted car break-in.
As the suspects tried to get onto I-96 at Pinckney Road the trooper was able to nudge their car, causing it to spin off the road into a ditch.
No one was seriously hurt, although one of the suspects was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police say the car they were riding in was reported stolen from Lansing.
