Wind knocks power out for hundreds of Lansing BWL customers

LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – The high winds that are blowing across mid-Michigan are being blamed for a power outage for about 300 Lansing Board of Water and Light customers in Lansing.

According to the LBWL outage map the outage is primarily in Lansing south of Jolly Road and divided by Martin Luther King Blvd.

Restoration times are estimated between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. tonight.
