Hurricane Michael making landfall in Florida this month was a reminder that hurricane season is not over yet.  

During this week’s Weather Wednesday, Meteorologist Diane Phillips took the time to explain a hurricane mechanism that you might have heard of earlier in the hurricane season.  

That process is Eyewall Replacement Cycles.
